Each assessment is a 45-minute session conducted in-person, which includes:

  • Discussion of any discomfort, pain points, or relevant medical history

  • Real-time adjustments and personalized recommendations

  • Education on ergonomic principles and neutral posture

  • A comprehensive follow-up report summarizing findings and next steps
