Virtual Ergonomic Assessment
The virtual ergonomic assessment is much like an on-site assessment, it seems like we are right there with you! We can see the ergonomic issues easily on video and can walk you through chair and workstations adjustments, ensuring the results are optimal.
How does this service work?
You will complete a short consent & questionnaire (including 2 photos of the workspace) prior to the assessment
We meet via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for ~45 minutes.
During the assessment, we review pain/discomfort/ Job demands/positioning at the workstation/workstation measurements
Provide education on neutral posture and optimal setup.
Solutions are cost-effective & use available tools when possible.
Following the assessment, a report is provided summarizing changes with further recommendations on ergonomic equipment as required
IPP is on the Government of Canada’s National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for virtual ergonomic assessments.
