Featured Program - ErgoCoach Training

Empower Your Team from the Inside Out

Our ErgoCoach Training is a 1-day program designed to equip selected employees with the knowledge and skills to support ergonomic best practices within your organization. It is our most scalable ergonomics training solution, building internal capacity that continues to benefit your workforce long after the training day is done.

Program Highlights:
  • Delivered in-person or virtually
  • Covers core ergonomic principles and workstation setup
  • Hands-on training to identify ergonomic hazards
  • Teaches how to adjust chairs and workstations for fit and comfort
  • Equips Ergo Coaches to conduct basic workstation reviews for colleagues
Why it Matters

This proactive, cost-effective approach enables your internal “Ergo Coaches” to conduct basic workstation reviews and support their colleagues. If an employee continues to experience discomfort, a full assessment by a certified ergonomist may still be recommended.

This program is ideal for organizations seeking a scalable, sustainable solution to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and promote a culture of safety.

When to Refer to an Ergonomist

If an employee continues to experience discomfort after a review by an Ergo Coach, a full ergonomic assessment by an ergonomist is still recommended. Injury Prevention Plus can seamlessly provide that next level of support.
