Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Ergonomics from Fanshawe College. He is a member in good standing with the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE).

Tim joined Injury Prevention Plus in May 2024 as a Student Ergonomist and has since transitioned into the role of Associate Consultant. He now supports federal and private sector clients by delivering ergonomic assessments with a focus on quality, professionalism, and continuous learning.
